Hungarian photographer Akos Major was born in 1974, lives and works in the capital of Hungary, Budapest, making his living as a designer. And his passion is such photographic pictures dedicated to the cold world.

Loneliness, calmness, silence - these are the signs not only of the “cold world” of Akos Major, but also of his other works. Even the city, whose essence is the bustle and rush of people, the artist managed to turn into some kind of cold and beautiful monument to humanity. His winter views of Budapest from the Urban series act like mint candy in the brain: it becomes somehow cold, and at the same time fresh in the soul.
