Ah, grandmothers. This word often conjures up images of love, hugs, and delicious dishes. And it doesn't matter whether your grandmother was a good cook or not; what matters most are the memories of visiting her home. Italian photographer Gabriele Galimberti became intrigued by these memories and wanted to learn more about grandmothers around the world and their cooking. So, he traveled the globe, photographing grandmothers from different countries along with their signature dishes.

"In Her Kitchen" is a photo project in honor of all the grandmothers who show their love to their grandchildren through food. These photos of proud grandmothers showing off their signature dishes are enough to make you smile. So, meet grandmothers from around the world and their signature dishes.
