For 30 years, American wildlife photographer Art Wolf has traveled to nearly every corner of the planet, capturing wildlife. His most unusual project was the Vanishing Act series, which he worked on for nine years.





"I've always tried to place animals in the foreground of the frame, making them expressive and captivating. And for a change, I decided to do the exact opposite—to photograph an animal in such a way that its natural environment obscures it from the viewer's view. I wanted to allow the animal to blend into the landscape in the photograph and disappear from view," Art Wolf said of the project.
