Artist Vyacheslav Vladimirovich Plotnikov was born in the city of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region in 1971. In 1990 he graduated from the Suzdal Art and Restoration School and in 1995 from the art and graphic department of the Vladimir Pedagogical Institute.

Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 2010. Main genre of works

V. Plotnikova - landscape. Vyacheslav is a participant in numerous Russian and foreign exhibitions.
