Russian artist Lev Pereulkov presented his new series of art dedicated to the third reading of the bill on autonomous RuNet. As you know, the State Duma adopted this law yesterday. According to him, the source of inspiration for him was “the way the state deals with problems.”

On television they say that everything is fine with us, and if it’s bad, it’s from our enemies. On the streets, dilapidated architecture is covered with banners with printed windows. As a result, everything around is covered with censorship and propaganda, but this, of course, does not help ordinary people. The “sovereign RuNet” will not help either.
