The artist known by the nickname Soey Milk is originally from South Korea but lives and works in Los Angeles. Her paintings are saturated with vibrant colors and sexual energy. Soey Milk incorporates natural motifs, BDSM culture attributes, and scenes from Korean mythology into her creations, making her work unique and recognizable. 
As a child, Soey Milk wanted to be a ballerina and even attended dance school. But then paint and pencils came into her life, and dancing faded into the background. Already in school, she knew she would be an artist and devoted all her free time to honing her craft. 
Soey Milk's paintings now fetch thousands of dollars, and her exhibitions are held in the US, Europe, and Asia. The artist lives in a spacious Los Angeles apartment that connects to her studio. She shares the apartment with her husband, a Shiba Inu, and 11 pet chickens. 
Soey Milk paints from life and from photographs. The artist says she only invites people she knows well to pose for her studio. This helps the model relax, allowing her to capture her emotional state and convey her inner beauty as accurately as possible.
