An Unusual Installation: A House with Walls You Can Walk Along
An interactive installation that allows visitors to walk along the wall of a residential building. This unusual structure delights both children and adults.
Leandro Erlich's installation "Batiment," which constantly travels from one city to another, offers an unusual sensation—a victory over gravity. The artist placed a detailed building façade with windows and balconies on the floor of his project, and opposite it, a huge vertical mirror.
When a person lies down on this "façade," they see themselves reflected back at them, either standing on the wall or floating in mid-air.
