Women in their exes' clothes — an unusual photo project by Carla Richmond (10 photos)
A rather strange project was presented by Carla Richmond, who, together with writer Hanne Steen, compiled a collection of photographs featuring girls and women photographed wearing the shirts, t-shirts, and tank tops of their men, who, for whatever reason, are no longer with them.
The photographs were taken during conversations about past relationships, to convey the experiences as accurately as possible. While the photographer did her work, the writer took down the responses in shorthand, intending to later translate the women's experiences into poetry.

Смотреть видеоThis project is united by one idea. Love that can never be returned always brings a powerful feeling. Some are more or less calm, others are worried, clinging to their clothes like their last thread, in this case literally. Some even wore clothes with the slogan "Don't Give Up." We've all been there, and it's all too familiar.

This idea seems like some kind of cruel, sophisticated self-mockery to us. Digging into the past means depriving yourself of present happiness. This method is unlikely to help you get rid of past attachments; rather, it will entrench unwanted experiences. What do you think about this?
