This Photographer Has Six Children and Takes Amazing Pictures 
Every frame shows a carefree childhood, genuine joy and a touching family story.
Alain Laboile is a sculptor, photographer and father of six. He was born on May 1, 1968 in Bordeaux. In 2004, he needed to put together a portfolio of his sculptures, so Alain bought a camera and soon became interested in macro photography. Later, he turned his lens on his growing family and created a successful series of unusually warm photographs called “The Family” (La Famille).
Leboile lives with his wife and children in the provincial area of southwestern France. His unstaged black and white photographs bring back warm memories of their own childhood for many viewers.
“In my photographs, I celebrate and document our family life: life on the edge of the world, where the timelessness and universality of childhood meet...” says the photographer.
