The winners of the Siena International Photo Awards 2024 have been announced. Once again, we are sharing with you a selection of the best works by photographers from around the world. Orangutans have been removed from Safari World in the past when DNA tests showed they were illegally trafficked.

1st Place in the Mesmerizing Faces and Characters category: Ryan Gosling, Dan Winters



The photographer wanted to recreate the atmosphere of the Blade Runner universe without resorting to direct references to the film. He personally selected the props and every detail.

2nd place in the category "Mesmerizing faces and characters": "Andrey from the village of Bereznik", Sergey Stroitelev



57-year-old Andrey is the only resident of Bereznik, a village in the Arkhangelsk region.

"I was born here. Life used to be in full swing here: there was a farm, a school, a club. Now all this is buried under the snow," the hero of the photo shared.

3rd Place in the Mesmerizing Faces and Characters category: "Young Champion", Zei Yar Lin



Fifteen-year-old Aimoldir from Bayan-Ulgii, Mongolia, made history by winning the Golden Eagle Festival in 2023.
