A Belgian photographer named Niki Colemont has been photographing squirrels in the wild for over six years. He has no special education and is completely self-taught, but he produces amazing shots. This series of shots are of squirrels in a jump. Looks very epic!





"Squirrels are very flexible and agile. When they jump, at the beginning of the jump, their tail is extended horizontally behind them - although this does not act like a parachute, it helps the squirrel in the jump. I want to show these shots so you can see what kind of acrobats squirrels can be. May your spirits be lifted during this difficult time!” - writes the photographer.
