Abandoned Britain in the works of photographer Simon Sugden (24 photos)
Simon, 53, was once a chef, but the Briton decided to hang up his apron and become a photographer. He chose non-studio photography and portrait photography for himself. Sugden has always been attracted to abandoned buildings. Over the past decade he has visited more than 70 abandoned buildings, including former orphanages, factories and country houses. He filmed so much material that it was enough for a whole book - "Abandoned Britain". Let's take a look at his work.
