According to McGee, light is the main component of his successful shots. What follows is the composition, which Mark checks very carefully.
"Many people prefer to blur the background with a shallow depth of field to hide a bad composition. I prefer to tell the story of a place, environment or even a profession. I think that good photography is about capturing the right moment, telling a story in one image that evokes an emotional response from the viewer,” says the photographer.
