Sergey Dorofeev was born in 1969 in Zaporizhzhia. Download
He graduated from the Zaporizhzhia Art School. He worked in the studio of artist V.A. Piskunov.
Since 1990, he has participated in various exhibitions and worked professionally. He considers painting to be the most important aspect of his work.

1. 
About me: I started painting as soon as I could stand up in my crib. My mother told me she used to pin a sheet of paper to the wall with thumbtacks to keep me from getting it dirty. My first canvases were so simple. In them, I mostly drew little people in the spirit of "dot, dot, comma - a crooked face came out." However, this was where my attempts at painting a portrait ended, and I turned to other genres of painting. Having taken up brushes seriously 35 years ago, I never abandoned my favorite pastime, which became my life's work, and I continue to paint to this day. Many of my paintings are in private collections. In my work, I prefer oil paints, but I also love watercolors. I paint in various styles, genres, and directions.
