According to the artist, he invites people to look at things from a different perspective and does this by cutting out paper shapes that blend in perfectly with the surrounding landscape. Simply put, the artist turns the ordinary into the extraordinary.

The artist said: "Usually an idea comes from a landmark, architecture, landscape. I look for a pattern or a feature in a design, and that usually gives me an idea. Sometimes I have ideas for a cut-out painting, and then I have to find the right environment to fit it in."

As for the choice of location, the artist commented: "I really like to work with well-known locations. Sometimes the chosen location really suits the cutouts well, and sometimes I just choose a location to visit."
