Airports from Above (13 photos)

Some of you may remember Jeffrey Milstein's photographs of airplanes from below. This time, the photographer dedicated his project to airports. The resulting works are fascinating; let's take a look at them together.







1. As a child, Jeffrey Milstein loved hanging out at the end of the runway at Los Angeles International Airport.

2. He loved watching airplanes take off.



3. He was obsessed with airplanes since childhood – he built model airplanes, and at 17, he earned his pilot's license.



4. His amazing photographs of Boeings and helicopters brought him fame and a place in the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.



5. This project will be on display at the AIPAD exhibition from April 4 to 7, 2013, in New York.
