Using a drone allows you to capture truly stunning shots from above. Photographer Hélène Avar, based in Tahiti, uses drones with cameras to capture unique wedding photos. Unlike typical shots where the bride and groom stand or sit in the foreground, Hélène places her subjects in stunningly beautiful landscapes.





The photographer takes photos on the islands of French Polynesia, amidst turquoise ocean waters and palm groves. She deliberately places the characters in a seemingly endless landscape to enhance the sense of intimacy between the newlyweds and to visually depict the feelings people experience when they are in love: as if there is only him and her, and no one else in the world.
