A Paragliding-Loving Photographer Captures Stunning Shots Without a Drone (8 photos)
Soaring through the sky, enjoying stunning views from a bird's eye view, is something many only dream of. Polish photographer Kasper Kowalski has turned his passion for flying and photography into a successful career. Although trained as an architect and working in the field, his love of heights eventually prevailed. Growing more and more passionate about paragliding, Kasper began documenting his adventures.
The photographer doesn't use any drones; he pilots his paraglider himself in search of beautiful landscapes across the vast expanses of Poland. His award-winning photo series, Side Effects, explores the connection between humans and nature and asks questions such as: what is more beautiful—a wild, untouched landscape or a nature that humans have shaped?
