The wheelchair artist painted a portrait of Yuri Shatunov on the fence

34-year-old Mikhail Igumnov from a small village in the Irkutsk region began drawing after an accident, as a result of which he was confined to a wheelchair. He painted portraits of Sergei Bodrov, Khabib Nurmagomedov and recently singer Yuri Shatunov on the fence.

Mikhail Igumnov filmed the process of creating graffiti on his fence.
