Unique stucco on a building? (4 photos)

In the Italian commune of Santarcangelo di Romagna, on the occasion of the annual cultural festival, a unique work was created, which was called “Tower for the People.” A local artist, with the permission of the authorities, turned an ordinary brick building into a real work of art. It is worth noting that this is not stucco at all.
