Photographer Sujata Setia lives in London and has been photographing family for many years. She captures on camera the most precious things in every person’s life - family and friends. In a recent series of works, she decided to show how warmly grandparents treat their grandchildren, and how important it is to appreciate our older generation. These sunny, touching photographs make your soul warm!
“When I looked through our family photo albums, I didn’t find a single photo with my grandparents. There were photos with my mom, dad, my brother, even with my dog and the stray cat that we adopted. But we didn’t take photos with my grandparents. Although these were the two people I loved the most. I still love them - even after they are long gone. Since then, I decided to take more pictures with my grandparents in my work," says photographer Suyata Setia .
Realizing how important it is for us to appreciate the older generation, the photographer decided to take more photographs with grandparents during family photo sessions of her clients, and also actively promote this topic.
