Somewhere in Khabarovsk, Russian Federation, there is an artist who uses felt material to make the cutest forest animals that look like they came straight out of a Disney movie. Her name is Yulia Derevshchikova and she has been practicing this craft since 2015, having created over a hundred incredibly charming little creatures during this time.
To make one animal, a woman needs at least 20 hours, so the work requires great dedication from the craftswoman. Julia herself says that her source of inspiration is her love for animals.
Her products perfectly combine realism and aesthetics: the fur of the creatures looks very realistic, making it difficult to resist their sparkling eyes and charming small features of their faces.
Just look at her work and it immediately becomes clear how the woman was able to attract so many fans to her page over the years - she has more than 101 thousand followers. The needlewoman even began selling and sending her products to other cities, and she claims that people really like them.
“The positive emotions that I receive after the order is delivered to the buyer are very valuable to me, they inspire me,” said the artist.
