This young photographer is interested not only in macro photography, but also in classic photography, in the form of portraits and self-portraits. However, it seems to us that Dusan works best with insects using macro photography.

Dusan Beno is a Slovak photographer whose breakthrough into the world of photography took place last year, when several world publications wrote about him. Dusan considers himself a patriot, therefore, he does not plan to leave his native Bystrica for permanent residence. The Slovak practically does not “hunt” insects with a camera. Basically, he catches future posers and brings them home, where he arranges a full-fledged photo shoot for them. Not a single insect was harmed during filming and all models were subsequently released into the wild.
