Andrea was born in Detroit in 1986. Since childhood, I loved nature and its views, loved to travel outside the city. The girl received her education at the College of Creative Studies, and managed to simultaneously master two professions at once - an illustrator and a teacher.



Even at the initial stage of her development, Andrea managed to receive several prestigious regional and national awards. She took part in group and personal exhibitions. He currently teaches at the College of Creative Studies in Michigan and creates.

Officially, the style in which the artist works is called magical realism. But in reality it combines many more directions.

The artist uses a small group of people, her relatives and friends, as models. The main characters are mostly girls and women. More precisely, ordinary, but at the same time unusual witches who perform witchcraft in everyday life and add a drop of magic to ordinary activities - feeding birds, baking buns or intimate gatherings over a cup of tea.



Andrea pays special attention to animals, each of which plays its own role. There is something magical and frightening in the paintings. But this is not a manifestation of deep horror, but a pleasant charm of hidden fears - curtains swaying without wind, black crows intently watching you, barely perceptible whispers that smell of rotten leaves and autumn apples.

The allegorical world of Coach is both understandable and mysterious. And, as the artist herself admits, she draws inspiration for its creation from the mysteries of nature and human experience.
