Vyacheslav Viktorovich Alatyrsky is an artist and painter. Born in 1959 in the village. Novikovka, Ulyanovsk region. Graduated from the Correspondence People's University of Arts named after N.K. Krupskaya in Moscow, Faculty of Easel Painting. In the creative association of Dimitrovgrad artists “Izograf” since 1988.

Works in different techniques: oil painting, pastel. Participates in all city and regional exhibitions, cultural events of the city and region. Wrote about two thousand works. Professional in many genres: portrait, landscape, still life. Wood carving is another facet of Alatyrsky’s creativity. Awarded with certificates and diplomas. In 2010 he was admitted to the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. The paintings are in private collections in Europe and the world.
