From birth to 15 years old, Zoya Cherkassky-Nnadi lived in Kyiv and studied at an art school. Then she moved to Israel, where she continued her art education and transferred her childhood memories to paper. The drawings were combined into the “Soviet Childhood” series and soon brought her recognition.
