Evgeny Sinev was born in 1952 in the Nizhny Novgorod region. In 1972 he graduated from the Ivanovo Art School, and in 1980 from the Moscow Higher Art and Industrial School. Since 1985, member of the RSFSR Art Foundation. He worked at a diaram-layout plant. Regular participant of exhibitions. Many works are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
