In 1991, at an exhibition in Nairobi and Kenya, there were purchased by His Royal Highness Prince Bernard (Netherlands) from five hundred wildlife paintings, namely his work. In addition to the fact that the artist is a great master in painting wildlife, Willem is also an excellent portrait painter, landscape painter, and he has very beautiful paintings on marine themes.
