Strict Vladimir Petrovich was born on April 23, 1963 in Chernigov. He graduated from the Bobruisk Art School of Decorative and Applied Arts, an artist and painter of small forms. He worked at the art factory in Chernigov. After the collapse of the USSR, he went to work in Italy - designing and painting pizzerias, bars, private houses. Currently, he is a representative of the Kyiv Patriarchate of the UOC in the Chernigov region. - design and painting of churches, temples, cathedrals, monasteries. She also paints commissioned paintings, icons, portraits, and cartoons. Some works are located abroad - Italy, France, Israel.
