Born May 14, 1933, in Canton, China. His first paintings were shown at the Hong Kong Gallery in 1960. His fishing villages became a sensation in Hong Kong art circles. Over the years, H. Leung's paintings have been shown all over the world, and he has received numerous honors in many countries. In 1978 he moved to the USA. Today, H. Leung is recognized as one of the best neo-impressionist artists.
