This situation occurred in Cheboksary. There, local craftsmen painted a transformer booth and depicted characters from Harry Potter on it, using a non-standard approach. As it turned out, all this frightened the children, so they complained to their parents. And they, in turn, immediately went to the administration. Of course, the administration responded. And they asked the utility service to get rid of the drawings. Having started work, the workers simply painted over the entire booth with gray paint - now it looks like all the gray courtyards and streets of the Russian outback.
