It seems that in the Land of the Rising Sun they simply cannot do anything surprising. And even to such an everyday and inconspicuous thing as sewer hatches, they approach it with some incredible (at least for us) level of creativity. By the way, maybe we should start painting the hatches too? Or at least paint it different colors first?
