New level of creativity: wet paper origami (31 photos)
We're all familiar with angular origami figures, but Vietnamese artist Hoang Tien Quet decided to replace the sharp corners with soft curves. He works using a special technique invented by a Japanese artist - using it to fold origami from wet paper. The technique is quite complex, requires a lot of time and patience, and therefore few people work on it.
“I like to work with fresh ideas, and I always try to breathe life and my personality into the figures,” the artist writes on his website. “I hope people feel that when they look at my work.”
