A group of South Korean designers have found a way to combat gloomy cloudy days: they painted the roads in Seoul so that the images are only visible when it rains.
The Monsoon Project was timed to coincide with the monsoon season in South Korea - during which time it rains there for three weeks. The artists used a special hydrochromatic paint - it remains invisible until the surface becomes wet.
