The Internet would clearly be completely different without memes. What started with angry faces has turned into its own ever-growing and developing humorous genre, which never ceases to delight Internet users with more and more new works.
Perhaps the biggest meme of 2019 is "Woman Yelling at Cat" as it has gone viral like no other and has been received very positively. A combination of two photos, one of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members Taylor Armstrong and Kyle Richards, and the other of a confused cat who turns out to be a very ordinary house cat named Smudge.
The "Woman Yelling at Cat" meme has been applied to thousands of different scenarios and has been played out in vastly different situations, as the lack of context of the original image allowed the imagination to run wild. However, one artist decided to put his own spin on the meme, creating an entire comic with the story leading up to the famous image.
An artist and part-time Instagram user named Damien created a whole series of pictures, consisting of 4 parts, in which the characters of the cult meme told us the history of the formation of such a popular photograph, which really cheered up many people on the Internet.
