Artist Julio Cesar takes photographs of people and uses them to draw cute characters with huge eyes that look like cartoon characters. Internet users are simply delighted with this - about 260 thousand people are already following his experiments on Instagram. Among the photographs that inspired him were the famous photograph of the Afghan girl Sharbat Gula, published in National Geographic, and the cheerful face of actress Elle Fanning.
