A little over a year ago, I found out that I was expecting a baby in January 2017. Expecting not only a child, but also expecting to lose my sense of identity as an artist. The sudden inability to simply lose myself for a few hours in my art ate my heart. My sister was an artist, then a second pregnancy happened...

At that time, my art consisted of complex commissions and abstracts in acrylic, oil or illustration media. Each painting may take more than a month or two to complete. And I liked it.
