Molchanov Oleg Ivanovich was born on November 27, 1966 in the Kostroma region. Graduated from Kostroma Art School and Yaroslavl Art College. 1986-1988 - service in the Soviet army. 1989-1995 - studied among the students of the first intake of the Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture recreated by I.S. Glazunov in the landscape workshop. He graduated from the restoration course at the Institute. I.E.Repina. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1997, Honored Artist of Russia since 2009.
