Mary Ellen Johnson is a contemporary American realist artist. Born October 6, 1967, in the small town of West Long Branch, New Jersey, USA. He writes mainly with oil paint. Her greatest popularity was brought to her by her stunningly realistic paintings of food. From 1988 to 89 she studied at the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida.
