Meta Pluckebaum (Meta Pluckebaum) 1876 – 1954 - German artist, graphic artist. Born in Dortmund, Germany. She studied at the private art studio of G. Pohl in Düsseldorf. She achieved recognition as a master of etchings depicting cats and dogs. She was engaged in illustrating children's books.
