ALEXANDER VASILIEVICH KUZMIN was born in 1962 in Moscow. In 1981 he graduated from the Moscow Secondary Art School at the Moscow State Art Institute named after Surikov. In 1991 he graduated from the Moscow Higher Art and Industrial School (formerly Stroganov), workshop of Ernst Pavlovich Borisov. He was engaged in design, painting, and graphics. He took part in exhibitions at the Central House of Artists (Moscow). Since 2009, the Moscow publishing house Onyx has been publishing books with his illustrations.
