Born in Leningrad in 1957. In 1983 he graduated from the graphic department of the Repin Institute (Academy of Arts) with a gold diploma for the cycle of watercolors “White Nights”. Member of the Russian Union of Artists since 1991. Participant of many Russian and international exhibitions of painting, graphics, watercolors, book graphics and bookplates:

At the invitation of the American side, he taught drawing, painting and calligraphy at Lord Fairfax State University (West Virginia) for some time.
In 1999, the international company KPMG published an art calendar for the year 2000 with the artist’s works.
