Silivonchik Anna Dmitrievna was born on October 3, 1980 in Gomel (Belarus). She showed ability and interest in drawing from early childhood. From first to fourth grade I studied in a children's art studio. Graduated from the Republican Lyceum of Arts and the Belarusian State Academy of Arts (department of easel painting). Currently lives in Minsk.

He works primarily in oil painting techniques, but prefers to experiment. She uses collage, fills, various textures, and writes on colored canvases and canvases with designs. He also works with graphics and art objects.

Working in an unusually original author's style, the artist creates his own special world, his own system of images and meanings, his own space of the sacred.

In search of themes for his works, and formal means for solving them, the artist turns to very archaic layers of culture, while maintaining an obvious connection with the art of the twentieth century. Thus, the source of the artist’s aesthetic guidelines should be sought in the fantastic realism of M. Chagall, the naive art of the primitivists of the early twentieth century, and, of course, in local folk arts and crafts and folklore.

Many different characters - children, lovers, animal people, bird people, angel people, lions and mythological creatures - unicorns, sirens, dragons - inhabit the unique and unreal world of Anna's works. This is a world of fairy tales from different nations. These are childhood fantasies and dreams come to life. These are reflections on simple and eternal human feelings ─ love, happiness, joy, the birth of a new life; about the unchanging laws of nature - the change of day and night, seasons, life and death. This is a reflection on the complexities of human relationships, home, family, the search for the meaning of human existence and understanding the principles of the universe. And the most important thing for an artist is the integrity of the world, the indestructible deep connection of all its elements.

The extraordinary and ambiguous combination of images and meanings that Anna creates in each of her paintings, almost always with some degree of subtle humor, gives a strong emotional charge, amazes with its metaphorical nature, and gives rise to many unexpected associations.

Working in the traditional technique of oil painting, Anna strives for diversity, experimenting with various visual media, using the texture and pattern of the canvas, which she selects specifically for each work. Creates his own expressive living language, which is dominated by bright, sonorous sounds - colors. A very subtle sense of color and thoughtfulness of line, meticulous work on details help to very accurately express a certain mood.
