Italian Graphic Designer Finds Color Palettes in Natural Landscapes and Cities (33 Photos)
Graphic designer Andrea Antoni travels the world in search of Pantone color samples. In every photograph of the Italian, you can see his hand holding a palette of shades that exactly match the colors of the landscape. From the orange hue that appears in the sky to the lush green of freshly cut grass, Anthony's work demonstrates his vision of the world, capturing the impressions and emotions associated with a place.
"As a graphic designer, I've always loved Pantone color palettes, mostly for their vibrancy rather than their intended purpose. It so happened that one day I took a particularly colorful photo and tried to match it to the corresponding Pantone line. At first I I rarely published such works, but now about a third of all my photographs are created in this way,” Andrea said.
