A short film created by 40 animators from different countries
Several dozen animation artists created a short film called “Pass the Ball.” The video consists of 40 excerpts, drawn in different styles and united by a common idea.
40 artists, 40 styles, 40 months
The idea for the short film was invented by artist Nathan Bowie, who was one of the designers of the game LittleBigPlanet 3
According to his idea, each animator drew a 3-second sequence with a red ball, and then transferred the result to an artist from another country to continue.
Creating the video slowly took more than three years (40 months).
