Reflections in the park (12 photos)
Contemplative garden by sculptor Victor Langheld Victor Langheld has created a private park in the village of County Wicklow in Ireland, where a gallery of eerie sculptures has been created as an attraction. Victor was born in Berlin, traveled extensively around the world, carried out orders to create religious sculptures in Thailand,... Japan and Sri Lanka.... When he settled in Ireland, he financed the construction of this park and designed 24 granite and 3 bronze sculptures myself. During his travels, Victor devoted a lot of time to understanding the meaning of life and getting to know various philosophical approaches and cultural traditions. The sculptures in the garden are designed in such a way that they provoke reflection on the meaning of the world and the sculptures themselves. Victor created his park not for family recreation, not for children and dogs, which could disturb the peace, tranquility and contemplative atmosphere.
No mobile phones are used here (except for photography). Ideally, the visitor should slow down to half or a quarter the usual walking speed, or sit on a bench, and try to absorb the inner feeling of an ideal world and the atmosphere of serenity of nature
