A Photographer Removed Phones from Photos to Show How Far We Are from Each Other (8 photos)
In today's world, electronic gadgets are depriving us of more time with loved ones than they provide. New York photographer Eric Pickersgill became deeply interested in this problem. One day, he witnessed a family scene in a cafe: a father and two daughters sat at a table, staring at their phones, while the mother gazed sadly and forlornly out the window. Eric then decided to address the issue and created a photo project called Removed. He photographed people in their everyday lives, but "removed" all their electronics.
