Drone light paths over mountainous landscapes in long exposure photography (8 photos)
Photographer Reuben Wu's images capture the beauty of natural and man-made landscapes around the world. In his new project, Lux Noctis, the Chicago resident used drones as light sources and used them to paint light paths over mountain peaks. “It is a kind of landscape art in which the surrounding nature remains untouched by the artist, but at the same time it appears even more majestic,” explains Wu.
The light from the drones creates a halo effect around the peaks, only visible in long exposure photography.
