Chad Person uses one-dollar bills to create his unusual collages. The series of works is called “TaxCut” and shows both entire landscapes and portrait images.

In fact, the idea of banknotes is not new at all. Chad Person approached his collages with the conceptual idea that money truly rules the world. There's no getting away from this. Their political, economic and social monopolies put too much pressure on us. The epic victories of pathetic pieces of paper over the greatness of man are shown in the TaxCut project.
