Soulful and warm paintings by artist Philip Kubarev (46 photos)
Moscow artist Philip Kubarev paints very soulful paintings.
Artist Philip Vyacheslavovich Kubarev was born in 1969, graduated from the Moscow Art School at the Moscow State Art Institute. Surikov.
Then he studied at the Krasnoyarsk State Art Institute for two years and entered the Moscow State Institute named after Surikov, from which he graduated in 1998.
Since 1998, Philip Kubarev has been a member of the Moscow Union of Artists.
The theme of his works is close to the older generation - nostalgia for the times of the USSR.
No matter what they say or write, warm and kind memories remain about the USSR. And Kubarev’s paintings confirm this.
The paintings exude calm, ease, and the charm of nature. Everyday scenes are uncomplicated and simple.
The streets are semi-deserted, shabby houses and inconspicuous morning drinking buddies in the courtyards.
In some ways, Kubarev’s works resemble the works of the artist Gubarev. For both, the theme is the USSR.
But Gubarev’s works are made in the style of naive painting and this has its own charm. Kubarev's works are still in a more classical style.
